Salon Policies

I am so excited to have you in my chair! I kindly ask you to please read over the salons policies and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out through the “Contact” page.

Cancellations & No Shows

Cancelations of appointments within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. No shows will be charged 100% of the service total. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. This card will not be charged at the time of booking but will be held on file as a guarantee.

Late Arrivals

There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. I will try to accommodate the best I can for late arrivals but if pushed past the grace period, you will have to reschedule and a cancelation fee will be charged.

Improper Booking

If you book the wrong service I will try my best to achieve the most I can within the timeframe booked. Canceling this appointment on the day of will result in a 50% charge.

Service Re-Do’s

I do not issue refunds on any services. If you would like an adjustment, it must be done within 10 days of the initial appointment. Colour fees may apply for “re-do’s”, depending on the situation.

Product Exchanges or Returns

Product Exchanges/Returns must be done within 14 days of the purchase. The product must be unused and unopened.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards. Payment can be made at the end of your service.
